Technical Training Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development and execution of technical training programs focused on cloud and AI technologies.

  • Coordinate comprehensive training initiatives for Microsoft Azure Cloud and OpenAI technologies, catering to both partners and customers.
  • Execute innovative training strategies emphasizing Azure infrastructure, AI/ML services, Cognitive Services, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Ensure seamless execution of training logistics from inception to completion, including scheduling, trainer assignment, and post-training analysis.
  • Facilitate technical evaluation calls for prospective trainers, focusing on assessing their expertise in Azure services and AI technologies.
  • Build a network of external trainers specialized in Microsoft Azure and OpenAI, ensuring alignment with Microsoft's strategic direction.
  • Oversee the distribution of technical training materials, including lab guides, sandbox environments, and documentation or access codes.
  • Ensure all training programs meet quality standards, align with Microsoft's cloud and AI roadmap, and result in high customer satisfaction and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project coordination or program management, focused on technical cloud computing or training industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and executing technical training programs, especially those centered around Azure, AI, or cloud transformation.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis), leveraging it for training analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of Azure services and OpenAI's integration within Azure.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple complex projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), articulating cloud and AI concepts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a global environment, adapting to time zones and client needs.
  • Prior experience working with a technology training company or educational organization is desirable.
  • Immediate or short notice availability preferred.
  • Aptitude for learning emerging technologies quickly, particularly in the cloud and AI space.
