Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Software Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership to a team of developers and assisting them in the development of new modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers
  • Assisting developers in the development of new modules and enhancements
  • Working with various teams to analyze and design new systems
  • Providing estimates and plans for development projects
  • Facilitating communication between development and other teams within the organization

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be responsible for developing new features, code review, systems documentation, knowledgebase management, and support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in application development in Java
  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming
  • Experience leading development teams
  • Experience designing and developing complex solutions
  • Vast experience with Spring framework
  • Experience in front-end technologies like JavaScript, React, Angular
  • Good knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL
  • Proficient in ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA
  • Experienced in Agile SDLC
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in order to meet deadlines
  • Can resolve technical issues through debugging, research and investigation
  • A team player who is effective working independently and collaboratively
