About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our team and lead the development of cutting-edge software, hardware technologies, and operating systems. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving requirements scoping, analysis, and planning, including interdependencies, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams and customer connections.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of software deliverables and risk management/mitigation. They will establish clear plans of record commitment and drive prioritization, ensuring that our programs meet their goals and objectives.

  • Experience with open-source development models and business principles is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with embedded open-source software technology and ecosystems.
  • Expertise in software frameworks and distributions based on Linux (e.g., Yocto, Ubuntu, Red Hat, Debian) is also essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive requirements scoping, analysis, and planning, including interdependencies, staffing constraints, and schedule optimization across multiple tech teams and customer connections.
  • Establish clear plans of record commitment and drive prioritization, ensuring that programs meet their goals and objectives.
  • Develop and establish strong processes that streamline the development cycle and integrate multiple plans, dependencies, and deliverables effectively.
  • Partner with other functional areas to establish critical processes to support disciplined product development and decision-making, and to ensure quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software product development and program management in the semiconductor/wireless industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of software deliverables and risk management/mitigation.
