Our team at the Flying Zone Academy is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ground Crew professional to drive the success of our ground services.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operation of our ground services, providing exceptional customer care, and contributing to a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome passengers, respond to their queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with baggage handling, make reservations, and sell airline tickets efficiently.
  • Stock aircraft with refreshments and clean the aircraft after flights in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance to disabled passengers and those with small children, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey.
  • Offer information and support to passengers throughout their flight experience.
Requirements:
  • Possess a strong educational background and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team.
  • Be comfortable working rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
