Job Title: Expert SAP Security Specialist

\

The company is seeking a seasoned SAP security professional to lead the implementation of robust security solutions in large-scale SAP environments.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Design and configure SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, and BW.
  • Manage user provisioning, access requests, and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
  • Implement position-based access control models where appropriate.
  • Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements, and audit controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems, and SAP cloud access challenges.
  • Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations, and new project implementations.
  • Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks, and take proactive action.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and training materials.

Requirements:

\
  • Proven expertise in SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Strong understanding of SoD risk identification and remediation.
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC, and IDM.
  • Experience with security in ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, and related SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).
