Job Title: Senior Nutrition Sales Executive

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our nutrition products.

Contribute to the long-term development of Abbott's nutrition portfolio by fostering awareness among healthcare professionals about the critical importance of nutrition in enhancing quality of life. You will gain new business and grow existing relationships through an omnichannel customer engagement strategy that builds trust and loyalty with healthcare professionals.

  • Gain deep insights into the market and category opportunities within your territory to identify potential for market share growth at the customer/account level.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge about medical and nutritional science, emerging digital trends, and evolving healthcare landscape to support selling and educating a broad network of healthcare professionals about Abbott's products.

  • Develop and execute on multichannel customer engagement plans that drive demand for Abbott brand products and increase recommendation and market share.

Leverage information about customer segmentation, type, and behaviors to inform customer engagement and account management strategies.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the customer account, at different levels of responsibility and influence.

Secure commitment to recommend Abbott products as the brand of choice by increasing healthcare professional knowledge about the role and importance of nutrition on patient quality of life at key points throughout the patient care journey.

  • Define and deliver a unique value proposition from the healthcare professional's perspective, including the positioning of Abbott brand products.

Effectively deliver consultative sales calls from the perspective of the healthcare professional and their patients to expand knowledge of nutritional interventions and the measurable benefits of Abbott brand products, anticipate and manage objections, and gain clear commitment to recommending Abbott products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient education regarding nutrition and Abbott brands, influence customer and patient choice of nutrition products, and deliver a consistent end-to-end customer engagement experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Education: Graduate in any field.

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Major/Field of Study: Medicine, Science, Pharmaceuticals/Nutrition.

Minimum Work Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience.

Experience Details:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Pharma/Nutrition Industry.
  • Up to 5 years of experience for Grade 12 and 5+ years of experience for Grade 13.
  • Ability to establish connections and develop contacts and relationships with ease.
  • Good understanding of nutrition science.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to translate that knowledge into effective in-clinic performance.
