Job Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy and standardization of laboratory data across global clinical studies.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing local and central laboratory documents, providing subject matter expertise on lab data, and entering validated reference ranges into the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve new lab parameters, units, and textbook ranges as per protocol and scientific standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on laboratory data and clinical reference ranges.
  • Review local and central laboratory reference range documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop Lab IDs and enter corresponding ranges and units into the EDC system for each lab analyst.
  • Identify inconsistencies and facilitate the resolution of discrepancies in local lab reference ranges.
  • Communicate daily operational issues and risks to stakeholders.

  • Subject matter expertise in laboratory data and clinical reference ranges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
