">Job Overview
">We're seeking an exceptional Brand Strategy Director to lead our branding efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and leveraging external agencies to achieve our goals.
">Responsibilities

- Develop and implement annual Brand and Media Strategies, working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and channel media sources to deliver results.">
- End-to-end management of all brand media campaigns, from brief initiation to plan optimization and sharing learnings with category and channel teams.">
- Hold critical information, insights, and plans for key categories, growth marketing, and creatives, synthesizing them to build a robust marketing approach.">
- Act as the budget custodian for consumer-facing marketing spend.">
- Create marketing strategies for the overall brand and key categories, utilizing the full marketing mix.">
- Plan, align, create, and implement brand assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.">
- Employ a multi-faceted approach to brand building, incorporating ATL, BTL, content, community, and experience.">
- Cross-functionally collaborate with creative, category, and growth functions to guide and develop marketing plans supporting quarterly/monthly business goals.">
- Initiate and drive research initiatives to gather actionable insights on the brand, category, competition, consumer, and customer/shopper behavior.">
Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Math, Economics, or Medicine, complemented by an MBA from a premier institute.">
- 12-14 years of growth/sales/business experience, with 8+ years in brand/marketing roles.">
- Experience in FMCG or retail, preferably in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or premium retail industries.">
- Fair mix of experience in digital-first consumer businesses and legacy brand businesses.">
- Strong analytical skills, with data-driven decision-making abilities and clear fundamentals on reading/interpreting research insights.">
- Solution-focused with a creative bent towards business problems.">
- Customer-centric approach, demonstrated through experience.">
- Able to independently manage relationships with creative and media agencies.">
- 360-degree campaign building credentials, including digital funnels and channels.">
- Business planning exposure, with appreciation for brands as business assets.">
- Action-oriented with a bias towards hustle.">
