The role of a Provider Data Management Lead is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of provider data across various healthcare systems. This position requires strong leadership skills to oversee a team responsible for managing and maintaining accurate provider data.
Main Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of specialists to ensure timely and accurate provider data updates.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations including data entry, validation, audits, and issue resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to align provider data across platforms.
- Quality Monitoring: Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure compliance with CMS and NCQA standards.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Leadership Experience: 4+ years of experience in provider data management, with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations, including CMS and NCQA requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in provider data systems and tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
