Job Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Tech Lead who is passionate about technology and possesses a strong background in full-stack development. As a lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and driving the technical vision of the projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and design of end-to-end solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and drive projects to completion.
  • Mentor and guide a team of developers in adopting best practices, including code quality, testing, and DevOps processes.
  • Review code and provide feedback to improve overall code quality.
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and help refine project requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies into the tech stack as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or tech lead role.
  • Proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong experience with back-end technologies like Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Solid understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading development teams through the full software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with modern development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Exposure to big data technologies, machine learning, or data analytics.
  • Understanding of security best practices in software development.
