About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer/Tech Lead to join our team at Mindera. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using the Microsoft .NET technology stack
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technical designs of software solutions
  • Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
  • Experience with MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework
  • Experience with front-end development technologies such as JavaScript and React
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (e.g. Git, SVN, Mercurial)
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Experience in technically leading an Agile team will come handy
  • Excellent experience in working in Agile teams that follow Agile principles and has a good knowledge of Agile
