Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team in Delhi. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, handling, and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-HNIs.
Main Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Management: Onboard new HNI/UHNI clients, manage existing relationships, and strive to increase customer wallet share and book size.
- Tactical Growth Strategy: Collaborate with Federal Bank to drive leads and assets under management (AUM).
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance standards.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- 8-12 Years of Experience: Proven track record in Wealth Management, preferably with leadership or team management experience.
- MBA from Premier Business School: Strong educational background, essential for success in this field.
- Understanding of Wealth Management Products: Sound knowledge of wealth management products, including mutual funds, bonds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, and private equity.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English, with command over local language beneficial.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, required for effective client engagement and lead generation.
