Job Title:

Service Supervisor / Field Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to strengthen our service network, delivering safe, reliable, and innovative engineering solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and Maintain Equipment: Install, maintain, and repair products at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer on-site technical support and training to customers, enhancing their understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and quick resolutions, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Document Service Activities: Maintain accurate records of service activities and visits, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols, prioritizing the well-being of employees and customers.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems, troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within India, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma / ITI: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in relevant technologies.
