Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including vendor bill processing, statement reconciliation, and payroll processing.

  • Vendor Bill Processing: Process and manage vendor bills in a timely manner.
  • Statement Reconciliation: Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Bank Entries and Reconciliation: Process bank entries and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation: Manage credit card transactions and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries: Process payroll and ensure accurate payment of employee salaries and benefits.
  • Preparation of Customer Invoices and Mailing: Prepare and mail customer invoices in a timely manner.
  • AR and Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable and revenue to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports: Maintain up-to-date documentation and client reports.
  • Sales Tax Calculation and Filing: Calculate and file sales tax returns as required.
  • Payroll Reconciliation: Reconcile payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month-end Adjustments: Manage accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, depreciation, and make month-end adjustments as required.
  • Internal Communication for Routine Queries and Questions: Respond to routine queries and questions from internal stakeholders.
  • Review and Preparation of Financial Statements: Review and prepare financial statements as required.

Requirements: KPO experience is mandatory for this role. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should possess a high level of proficiency in handling financial data and have the ability to work accurately under pressure.
