Movement Coach

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Movement Coach to join our team. As a Movement Coach, you will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to engage in Pilates classes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct verbal screenings to ensure clients' safety and suitability for participation in Pilates classes.
• Develop and implement Pilates programs tailored to meet the needs of clients with varying abilities and fitness levels.
• Teach group and one-on-one Pilates classes, focusing on posture correction and overall physical well-being.
• Assess clients' goals and develop personalized plans to achieve their objectives.
• Create a positive and motivating class environment that encourages client retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio space, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in Pilates instruction and programming.
