Seeking a diligent Document Controller to maintain the integrity of construction sites through accurate and timely documentation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining daily records and ensuring proper document classification, sorting, and filing for easy retrieval.
  • Controlling document numbers and quality checking all received documents.
  • Adhering to departmental Standard Operating Procedures and tracking POs & GRNs in SAP.
  • Coordinating drawings in SAP and handling site-related administrative works.
  • Coordinating with departments for site-related issues and managing audits (internal & external).

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree with 2+ years of experience in document management.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP, Office 365, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • The ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
