Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a key leadership role within our organization. This individual will be responsible for managing the revenue growth of a region and overseeing critical performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, preferably in a managerial capacity. They should have a strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing teams, and delivering results.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead by example, embodying the values of the organization. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
City Governance & SOP Adherence
- Ensure that all on-ground teams adhere to established standards and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
Risk & Non-Compliance Management
- Monitor and address governance risks, including financial, operational, and service quality issues.
- Proactively address non-compliance or deviations related to internal stakeholders.
Audit Readiness & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring it is audit-ready at all times.
- Lead internal audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with city ops, design teams, and PMs.
- Work directly with partners to ensure clarity on compliance expectations and accountability.
Reporting & Escalation Management
- Prepare compliance reports and governance scorecards for business reviews.
- Escalate recurring non-compliances or systemic partner issues to the regional governance lead.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Design or comparable field.
- At least 6-7 years of experience in an interior fit-out business, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Deep understanding of interior fit-out industry, processes, and market trends.
- Ability to convey business requirements and needs in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
