Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager with a strong understanding of the US IT market to lead our bench sales division. As the sales manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with them, and securing IT contract and staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in IT sales, and experience in managing and leading a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients in the US IT market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Pitch and sell IT contract and staffing opportunities to clients
  • Manage the bench sales team and ensure targets are met
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in IT sales
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in US IT sales or a similar role
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the US IT market and current trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
