Job Title: Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tendering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • GeM Portal Management: Set up and manage company profile on Government e-Marketplace (GeM), maintain and update product and service catalogs in the GeM portal, and register and categorize products and services as per GeM norms.
  • Bid Preparation & Submission: Prepare bids in line with company requirements and client needs, draft and upload all necessary documents for online tender submission, manage various types of bids including bunch bids, reverse bids, custom bids, and standard bids, and ensure timely submission of tenders as per deadlines.
  • Tendering Process & Coordination: Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from Central/State Government and PSUs, handle the complete tender lifecycle including pre-bid meetings, bid responses, and documentation, coordinate with internal sales and technical teams for bid inputs and approvals, and support sales coordination and follow-ups related to GeM opportunities.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all documents are in compliance with tender requirements, maintain accurate records of submitted bids, approvals, and communications, and prepare for and represent the company during pre-bid and client clarification meetings.

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines: Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
