We're seeking a highly skilled IP leader to manage key matters involving prosecution, litigation, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end IPR management including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
  • Advise clients on IP strategy, protection, enforcement, and commercialization.
  • Draft, review, and file IP applications (national & international), oppositions, assignments, and licensing agreements.
  • Represent clients in IPR litigation and enforcement actions.
  • Conduct IP due diligence, freedom to operate (FTO), and infringement analysis.
  • Liaise with external counsels for cross-border IP matters.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B / LL.M). Registered Patent Agent is a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in IP law.
  • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing complex IPR portfolios.
