Corporate Counsel - Real Estate Law

We are seeking an experienced corporate counsel to lead our real estate law team with a focus on property transactions and conveyancing. The role involves the end-to-end management of property deals, including drafting, negotiation, due diligence, and compliance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate property agreements, leases, and title documents.
  • Provide legal support for property acquisitions, rentals, and disposals, including risk assessment and compliance with local regulations.
  • Liaise with external counsels and regulatory authorities on property-related matters.
  • Manage legal documentation for property registration, stamp duty, and formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records and contract databases for all real estate transactions.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence of properties, including title verification and encumbrance checks.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate and property law, advising management accordingly.
