Job Title: Officer/Sr.Officer - Mines

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Officer/Sr.Officer - Mines.

  • Responsibilities include preparing quarterly and annual returns as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
  • Preparation of candidate lists for initial and refresher training along with imparting practical training.
  • Training schedules need to be aligned with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production.
  • Preparation of modules as per MVTR-1966 is also required.
  • Maintenance of all Forms & Annexures as per MVTR along with other training records is essential.
  • Responsible for keeping records of training and sending reports to the Chief Inspector of Mines or the Regional Inspector of Mines having jurisdiction over the training centre.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
  • Active participation in safety training, safety sub-committees, standard champions meeting, and any safety event is necessary.
  • Preparation of Management Information System (MIS) report and responsible for updating QCDIP & LCM is also required.
  • Familiarity with IMS and other systems requirements and documents for non-conformity in sections during internal and external audits or assessments is necessary.
Requirements:
  • First Class Mining Certificate is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Telugu and Hindi languages is required.
