Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Civil Laws, including Arbitration, Consumer Law, Insolvency Law, IPR, Company Laws, Constitutional Law, and Taxation Laws.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct legal research and prepare briefs or case notes;
  2. Assist in appearances and drafting original pleadings, appeals, applications, writ petitions, etc., before the Delhi High Court and various Tribunals;
  3. Supervise filing of cases by clerks in Courts, Tribunals, and before Arbitrators;
  4. Assist in hearings before Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitrations;
  5. Perform administrative work related to cases.

Retainer to be mutually discussed and decided based on experience and performance.
