Cost Management Specialist

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead quantity surveying and cost management initiatives for project teams.
  2. Conduct market research for vendor data and collect cost data for benchmarking purposes, leveraging industry standards.
  3. Create comprehensive Cost X Templates to streamline processes.
  4. Support the commission manager in generating insightful reporting data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
