CAE Engineer Role

As a CAE engineer, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive vehicle crash simulations and durability loadcase simulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and possess 3-6 years of experience in meshing, module building, and high-speed crash analysis.

Key skills include proficiency in ANSA as a preprocessor, LSDyna for crash loadcase, Abacus for durability evaluation, Animator/Hyperworks for postprocessing, and a strong understanding of BiW manufacturing processes such as stamping, spot welding, assembly, and material models.

Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role.

You will work effectively in cross-functional teams and deliver FE model setup to load case analysis reports independently or with minimal support.
