Expert Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled quality management expert to join our organization remotely. As an expert in quality management, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting processes across manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities aligned with quality management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document quality management processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Configure and customize the SAP quality management module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions
  • Conduct system testing and provide user training and documentation to support successful adoption of quality processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve quality management functional and technical issues
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with SAP quality management in ECC or S/4HANA environments
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications
  • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection
  • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM
