Job Title: Communication Specialist

This role involves acting as a liaison between government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and renew necessary licenses and approvals from authorities, including compliance with PCPNDT Act and ART Registration requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without any lapse.
Liaison and Collaboration
  • Bid farewell to organizational silos and build strong relationships with Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, Urban Development Authorities, Local statutory bodies, Police, Nodal Officers, ART/PCPNDT advisory boards, and medical councils.
Document Management & Compliance
  • Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance registers for each location.
  • Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities efficiently.
  • Elevate our reputation by strictly adhering to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local/state healthcare regulations.
Operational Support
  • Work closely with the Expansion/Projects team during clinic setup to synchronize compliance timelines with fit-out and launch schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to embed regulatory requirements in clinic design and operations.
