We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

Digital Creative Development

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging creatives for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and carousels. This role also involves creating marketing collateral for both digital and offline use, such as event invites, brochures, decks, and posters.

Collaboration and Strategy

You will work closely with the content and strategy team to bring campaign ideas to life, adapting brand guidelines into dynamic visuals that stand out in competitive spaces. Additionally, you will assist in developing unique brand IPs and design identities for campaigns and support the production team with styling references, shoot layouts, and creative mockups.

Requirements:

  • A strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and familiarity with Canva.
  • A strong sense of typography, layouts, and brand-led design thinking.
  • The ability to translate strategy and storytelling into compelling visuals.
  • An eye for detail, aesthetic sensibility, and willingness to experiment with styles.
  • 0-2 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a bonus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a knack for storytelling through design.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
