Quality Assurance Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead our testing efforts. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy, managing a team of quality engineers, and ensuring high-quality releases.

  • Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Quality Assurance expert with a strong background in testing and test management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation frameworks, version control systems, and test planning and execution.

About the Job: As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the QA team, developing and implementing QA processes, and ensuring that all software products meet the highest standards of quality.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead the QA team and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks
  • Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure high-quality releases
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure smooth implementation of QA strategies
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes
  • Drive the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test metrics/dashboards
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and defect reports
  • Perform risk analysis and provide mitigation strategies for testing challenges
  • Advocate for quality across the SDLC

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 12 years of experience in quality assurance and test management
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and test automation frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
