Job Title: Paid Search Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven paid search specialist with 2 years of experience to manage paid search campaigns, optimize ad performance, and maximize return on investment across platforms like Google Ads.

This is a key role in our organization that requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute & optimize pay-per-click campaigns on Google Ads, and social platforms
  • Conduct keyword research and create compelling ad copies
  • Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies & campaign performance
  • Monitor & optimize click-through rate, cost-per-click, cost-per-action, and conversions
  • Perform A/B testing for ads, landing pages & audience targeting
  • Track and analyze campaign data with Google Analytics & Ads Manager
  • Stay updated with the latest paid media trends
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements:
  • Any Graduate
  • 2 to 4 years of paid search/paid per click experience
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, & Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of remarketing, display & shopping campaigns
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills
  • Google Ads Certification is a plus
