AI Backend Engineer Role

We are seeking a talented AI Backend Engineer to join our team. As an AI Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing AI backends that combine Python engineering discipline with Generative AI capabilities.

This role involves designing and implementing AI systems that can perform tasks such as text generation, image recognition, and natural language processing. You will work on building pipelines for agents to delegate tasks, exchange structured context, and collaborate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional experience with Python (3.9+)
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, async programming, and REST API design
  • Proven hands-on experience with RAG implementations and vector databases
  • Familiarity with MCP concepts and hands-on experience with MCP server implementations
  • Understanding of multi-agent workflows and orchestration libraries
  • Proficiency with FastAPI/Django for backend development
  • Comfort with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines
  • Practical experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
