Project Lead - Large Language Model

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled project lead to oversee our large language model initiatives across multiple geographies.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AI/ML with strong project management and stakeholder skills, ensuring that projects are executed on time and in compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of LLM/GenAI projects.
  • Manage multi-country teams of engineers, annotators, contractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate across internal stakeholders, including engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams.
  • Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams to translate research and business needs into project milestones.
  • Establish workflows for SFT, RLHF/RLEF, and evaluation pipelines.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality annotated assets, including text, video, speech, and gaming datasets.
  • Track KPIs: throughput, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmap and ROI.

  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
