About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Desk Agent to join our team at Protera Technologies. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide high-quality communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Coordinate incident investigation, analysis, and closure by escalating to appropriate support teams.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures of the Service Desk, which operates 24/7.
Requirements
  • University degree or technical/vocational certification in computing, electronics, or a related IT field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to work a shift schedule and commit to growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Analytical skills.
  • SAP familiarity.
  • Linux basic knowledge.
  • DB administration/understanding.
  • Understanding of ITSM tools and ITIL best practices.
