Job Title: User Experience Designer

We are looking for a talented professional to create visually engaging designs that bring value to our users. This role is perfect for someone who not only crafts intuitive user experiences but also understands how to bring them to life in collaboration with engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine designs.
  • Create pixel-perfect UI components, layouts, and design systems.
  • Apply motion design or micro-interactions to enhance usability.
  • Maintain design consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Design-to-Development Handoff using tools like Figma's Dev Mode or Zeplin.
  • Prompt engineers effectively to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Leverage AI-assisted design tools to speed up ideation and asset generation.
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma and front-end technologies (HTML/CSS).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
