About the Role

The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
