Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned performance marketer to join our team and drive revenue growth through innovative paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in scaling D2C brands, managing ad spends for maximum ROI, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for D2C brands across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
  • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages to optimize ad funnels and reduce CAC.
Conversion & Growth Optimization:
  • Optimize ad funnels from click to purchase to reduce CAC and improve ROAS.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website CRO.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and attribution platforms.
Audience & Market Research:
  • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
  • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV.
Collaboration & Creative Direction:
  • Work with creative teams to guide ad content, including videos, static ads, UGC, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
  • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
