About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pest Management Operations Manager to join our team at Rentokil Initial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Operations
  • Technical Excellence: Ensure the availability of qualified technicians at all times, coach and train assigned technicians to improve service quality and customer retention.
  • Service Delivery: Conduct daily stand-up meetings, ensure SCP devices are effectively used, troubleshoot SCP issues, and provide refresher training to technicians.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure on-site service documentation is up to date, implement and comply with service SOPs, SHE golden rules, ATEX, and PINK NOTE.
  • Material Management: Ensure APL listed preparations, products, and materials are used in line with service SOPs, maintain material stores, and dispose of empty containers and used materials.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Establish and follow a proper schedule of maintenance and repairs of equipment.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure technicians carry out treatments within a given standard treatment time, approve conveyance amounts for assigned technicians, and promote the highest grooming standards.

Advance Operations

  • Pest Audits: Conduct PMI 'Pest Audit' as per icabs, plan and execute TPAs, and identify and resolve service delivery issues in coordination with the Branch Manager.
  • Customer Complaints: Analyze customer complaints, ensure customer complaints are resolved as per complaint management SOP, and update the root cause in iCABS to ensure proper ticket closure.
  • Material Consumption: Track and optimize material consumption as per SRF, Cost sheet, and SOW, report deviations to the line manager, and ensure adequate stocks of materials are available in the branch.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

  • Minimum B. Sc. (Chemistry / Zoology / Agriculture)
  • Any prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable
  • Proficient in use of computer applications and systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or its equivalent)
  • Should get well-versed with various internal company systems such as iCABS, STP, iAuditor, SRA, SQA, SQS, TPA, myRentokilPCI, Service Leads App, U+, etc.
