Job Summary:

  • Gather and analyze margin-related data to maintain optimal portfolio liquidity.
  • Stay up-to-date with various margining methodologies and track internal views of margin.
  • Develop and implement margin/financing, broker revenue, and counterparty exposure information solutions.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering requirements and showcasing capabilities.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, proactively addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge of the client platform and industry.
  • Perform tasks such as data gathering, gap analysis, mapping, data transformation, loading, reconciliation, setup of BAU activities, and client parallel support in the client platform during implementation.
  • Collaborate with technology teams on special projects, developing reports, specifications, and implementing products.
  • Oversee Treasury and Cash Management operations to ensure optimal liquidity and funding strategies.
  • Manage collateral and liquidity positions to support trading and risk management activities.
  • Respond promptly to Margin Calls in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate Securities Lending transactions to maximize asset utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years of experience working in Treasury with in-depth domain/finance knowledge.
  • Experience in securities lending and borrowing, as well as optimization of portfolio financing.
  • Familiarity with data sources such as Reuters, Bloomberg, Markit, etc., for Treasury-related attributes.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Margin Calls and Security Lending.
  • Understanding of Treasury/Cash Management and Collateral and Liquidity Management.
  • Proven track record of handling projects and improving processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
  • Effective oral/written communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and take on additional operational tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA macros/Python is a plus.
