Senior ServiceNow Developer/Technical Lead

This role is responsible for providing recommendations to enhance and mature the existing implementation of SPM. You will be working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to configure SPM reports, dashboards, and portals.

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with cloud scripting languages such as JavaScript's JSON. In addition, you should be familiar with Agile Scrum methodology and have excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide recommendations to enhance and mature the existing implementation of SPM
  • Configure SPM reports, dashboards, and portals for product owners and business stakeholders
  • Develop expertise in Innovation Management, Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and other related areas
  • Have hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, CMDB, B2B Integration, and other related areas
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years working experience with ServiceNow platform as a Developer in an enterprise-wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
  • Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScript's JSON
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes Agile Scrum methodology Experience
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Understanding of Client Side and Server Side Scripting ie Catalog Client Script Business Rules Script Actions Script Includes etc
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management, and problem-solving skills are essentials
  • Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical teamwork and customer engagement skills
  • Ensures information is accurate and complete Self-motivated and open to learn all aspects of cloud administration
