Key Job Details

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and end-user expectations. This specialist supports product development teams by implementing quality assurance processes, conducting thorough testing, and optimizing software lifecycle to enhance user satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and report bugs in products.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for product optimization and improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective testing methodologies and processes to improve overall product quality.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in SAP solution implementation, including product lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record of success in quality assurance throughout the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience working with SAP systems, including project lifecycles, methodologies, architecture, and support model.
