Job Opportunity

As a key member of our CI project team, the IAM Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in stabilizing and enhancing our existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment. This initiative aims to improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with technical resources and teams to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments, ensuring all established security controls are executed and enforced as it applies to Identity Access Management tools and access.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing test cases for SIT and UAT for functional changes
  • Ensuring products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
  • Liaising with different areas of the project team, including Devs, BAs, BAU, Product Owners, etc.
  • Providing updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Recording accurate test results in JIRA and capturing evidence
  • Staying on the forefront of industry knowledge and sharing learnings with team members

Requirements include:

  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role
  • 4+ years of experience working in IT Security related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management
  • University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices, along with experience in using Identity and Access Management suite or other access provisioning tools.

They should be familiar with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of Java programming and SQL, experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems and prioritize tasks effectively.
