Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Recruitment from Sourcing to Onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new talent into the organization.
• Support HR Operations, Including Payroll Coordination and Compliance, guaranteeing accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Assist in Designing and Implementing HR Policies and Performance Reviews, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Drive Employee Engagement Activities and Initiatives, boosting morale and productivity across the board.
• Handle Queries Related to HR and Company Policies, providing clear guidance and support to employees.
• Partner with Leadership to Build a Talent Pipeline for Future Growth, identifying and nurturing top talent to meet future business needs.

Requirements:

• 3-7 Years of Experience in HR (Generalist/Recruitment/Operations), demonstrating a proven track record of success in human resource management.
• Strong Knowledge of HR Processes, Labor Laws, and Compliance (India or UAE), ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, facilitating effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactive, Organized, and Detail-Oriented, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
• Ability to Work in a Dynamic, Multicultural Environment, thriving in diverse settings and adapting to changing circumstances.
