Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all project-related activities, including project preparation, communication, planning, monitoring, organizing, data management, and delegating workload.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects for multiple brands or groups of brands from initiation to completion.
  • Overseeing all project-related actions, including project preparation, briefing creation, communication, planning, monitoring, organizing, data management, and task delegation.
  • Ensuring overall team quality, controlling, and execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Mentoring and guiding the production team, providing inputs and suggestions.
  • Sharing ideas from observations and perspectives to contribute to company development.
Requirements:
  • Project management experience, including independent project-handling expertise.
  • Resource management skills, including planning projects and utilizing team capacity to the fullest.
  • Fine interpersonal skills, being non-self-centered, able to cooperate equally with different roles, self-critical, and open-minded to process feedback.
  • Interpretation skills, able to read between the lines and connect dots.
  • Natural leadership qualities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and setting team goals.
  • Proactivity, predicting upcoming challenges and having an eye to see the future.
  • Packaging Pre-Press knowledge is an added advantage.
