Life Insurance Business Manager

  • Manage the bancassurance credit life insurance business through assigned bank branches to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with bank staff and management to achieve sales targets and expand penetration across the assigned territory.
  • Train and motivate bank employees to effectively sell credit life insurance products, focusing on cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct regular joint calls with bank staff to pitch insurance solutions to customers, building strong relationships and driving sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify business opportunities and work on expanding penetration across the assigned bank branches, driving revenue growth and market share.
  • Deliver refresher training sessions and product briefings regularly to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance.
  • Experience in managing relationships with banking partners is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline); MBA or Postgraduate degree preferred.
