Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer onboarding, requirement gathering, and post-go-live support for large-scale clients.
  • Drive project governance, including timelines, scope, risk management, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams to ensure business goals align with client outcomes.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for future product enhancements.
  • Work closely with product and engineering on delivery roadmaps and agile execution.
  • Facilitate delivery of scalable, repeatable, and quality solutions within defined time and budget.

Candidate Persona:

  • 8-12 years of experience in technology companies, handling AI/ML-based product implementations or integrations.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level Indian customers, understanding their business culture and delivery expectations.
  • Strong exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery practices, using tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project to drive delivery metrics and transparency.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
