Job Title: Database Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop and maintain complex relational databases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Structured Query Language (SQL), experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, and a deep understanding of data modeling and database performance tuning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data models for transactional and analytical purposes.
  • Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views and triggers.
  • Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for data integration and transformation using tools like Azure Data Factory, Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Monitor, maintain and improve database security, integrity and availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in database development and management.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and major Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
  • Data modeling concepts, including star schema and snowflake.
  • Performance tuning and query optimization techniques.
  • Version control systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
