Full-Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack developer to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain front-end and back-end applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
  2. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  3. Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  4. (Optional but valuable) Contribute to system design and architecture when needed.
  5. Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps.
  6. Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Requirements:
  1. 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  2. Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  3. Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL).
  4. Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability.
  7. Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  1. Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
  2. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  3. Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
