Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned risk expert to join our team in the fight against fraud and chargebacks.
Key Responsibilities- Stay updated on emerging trends and risk patterns impacting payment systems, identifying and preventing new fraud schemes that compromise business efficiency and security.
- Deliver impactful results through continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and customer experience by collaborating with analytics, product, and tech teams to develop and implement effective investigation tools.
- Proven industry experience in operations, risk, and fraud investigations, with a strong background in risk management and underwriting.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interface and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct deep dives in ambiguous environments.
- Relevant work experience preferably with people management and three years in fraud or financial risk management.
- Ability to drive change and innovation in a fast-paced environment.
