Voice & Accent Trainer Position

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive voice and accent training sessions for employees. This includes facilitating workshops on phonetics, articulation, pitch control, intonation, rhythm, and stress patterns. Additionally, the trainer will provide training on cross-cultural communication and understanding various global accents.

Training Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Conduct instructor-led sessions and group activities
  • Utilize role-playing and one-on-one coaching techniques
  • Deliver refresher training modules to maintain communication quality standards

Curriculum Development Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update training modules and materials based on identified training needs
  • Customize training programs to address specific linguistic challenges and organizational requirements
  • Create practical exercises, assessments, and feedback mechanisms to support learning

Assessment & Coaching Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre- and post-training voice assessments to evaluate communication skills
  • Monitor calls, emails, or chat interactions to assess communication quality and soft skills
  • Provide constructive and personalized feedback to trainees using various feedback models

Performance Improvement & Collaboration Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to align communication standards and ensure consistent quality
  • Work closely with operations managers and team leaders to identify training needs and provide ongoing support
  • Analyze performance data to identify root causes of communication gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Documentation & Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress, and performance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on training activities and outcomes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional command of English with a neutral accent
  • Strong understanding of phonetics, vocal physiology, and English sounds
  • Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs
  • Proficiency in various training methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse learners
