Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our team. You will work on a real-world project that drives sales and productivity for MSMEs. This role offers hands-on experience and mentorship in MERN stack technologies, focusing on real-time applications that monitor and boost sales for MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform applications using React Native.
  2. Build and enhance user interfaces using React/React Native.
  3. Work on server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js to create scalable APIs.
  4. Develop real-time features using Socket.io.
  5. Design and maintain MongoDB databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  6. Integrate external APIs and services to enhance functionality and user experience.
  7. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure reliability and performance.
  8. Maintain clear documentation of code and processes.
  9. Work with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
  10. Stay updated with MERN stack best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a diploma, bachelor's, or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design. Experience with the MERN stack and Socket.io. Familiarity with React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android). Passion and hunger for problem-solving through technology, with a desire to learn and grow. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
